该作品讲述了一对双胞胎兄弟鲁林和鲁斌，使用父亲鲁云博士制造的人工智能机器人，和同样是机器人操控员的同伴们组成了正义机器人团队。为了城市居民免于被网络病毒所影响，把安全健康的网络产品带给大家，正义机器人团队齐心协力，排除万难，对抗恶势力。
